We aim to display every product and colour accurately, though screens vary.
Prices and availability may change, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms once we send your order confirmation. As our pieces are made to order, please check your details carefully before paying.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are the property of Your Town Merch and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

Liability

We take great care over our products and service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
