Our promise

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.

Changed your mind?

You can return unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Return postage is covered by you unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't need to post anything back.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@yourtownmerch.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with simple instructions.
3. Once received and checked, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
